Descriptions and images are provided in good faith. High-value pieces may require in-person verification. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer where prohibited by law.
2. Quotes and Appointments
- Quote list: You may save pieces of interest and send us a list for private quotation. A request is an inquiry, not a purchase order or reservation unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
- Pricing: Prices, when discussed, are quoted privately and may change. Many pieces are price-on-request. Taxes and related fees, if any, will be confirmed in the quotation.
- Appointments: Viewings are by appointment. We may suggest similar available designs when a listed piece is no longer available.
3. Payment
Payment arrangements are confirmed privately for each transaction. We may accept major credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods agreed at the time of sale. Custom work may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
4. Delivery
Delivery, pickup, or shipping — when applicable — is arranged as part of the private sale. Insured shipping may be offered; fees, timing, and risk of loss will be confirmed when an order is accepted.
5. Returns
Because of the exclusive nature of the jewelry, custom and engraved pieces are generally not returnable. Return eligibility for other pieces, if any, is stated in the quotation or sale confirmation and typically requires unused condition within a short window. Return shipping and insurance, when allowed, are the client's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
6. Warranty and Repairs
Jewelry may include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, as confirmed at sale. Normal wear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, designs, and trademarks — is the property of J. Pacetti Precious Jewels and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use without our written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
